The Casa Rio Vista is a unique vacation home situated on one of the best locations on the Santa Fe River. Come stay in this beautiful location with a minimum stay of two nights. Check in and check out time is at 12:00 PM. This vintage river home sleeps maximum of 4 adults with up to 4 children. 

Our Rates:
2 nights: $525.00 
$175 per additional night

Minimum 1 week stay for the weeks containing the following holidays: Spring Break (all of March), Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day 

Please make a deposit of 50% down plus a $300 security deposit upon making your reservations. The balance is due in full two weeks prior to your rental. Please write a separate check for security deposit. We will return your deposit after a satisfactory inspection of the premises. If paying online, you do not need to split the payment. We will refund your deposit via PayPal.

Cancellation Policy
You must cancel within 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Sorry, no refunds on your deposit if canceling late. However, you may apply your deposit to future reservations with us. 

Casa Rio Vista is a no-smoking residence. Please smoke outside. Sorry, no pets allowed. Credit cards accepted via Pay Pal. Please make your purchase below. You must contact us via email to request your dates. Upon our confirmation of availability we will email the Rental Agreement. Your reservation will be confirmed once the rental agreement is returned along with your 50% rental deposit and $300.00 security deposit.
